Born and raised in British Columbia, Canada, Carolyn Fisk emerged as an animator, illustrator, and digital artist. She has earned a reputation for meticulous attention to detail and dedication to her projects. Influenced by a father who is a professional painter, she took an interest in art at a young age. Drawing inspiration from a variety of sources such as Chinese and Japanese calligraphy, history, photography, and film. Her work combines traditional media with computer applications.
Carolyn graduated with a Bachelor in Media Arts at Emily Carr University of Art and Design in 2011. During her years at university she developed an interest in both 2D and 3D animation and still enjoys incorporating the two into projects.
